Our General Terms and Conditions
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 15:00 hours
- Check-out time: 12:00 hours
Early Check-in
- Before 07:00 hours: full day rate
- Between 07:00 hours and 15:00 hours: 50% of the day rate
Late Check-out
- Until 18:00 hours: 50% of the day rate
- After 18:00 hours: full day rate
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and can be requested in advance at the reception.
Payment Terms
- A 25% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining amount must be paid prior to arrival.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
- If the payment terms are not fully adhered to, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation
- In the event of exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges being passed on to us, we reserve the right to invoice the difference in payment as additional costs. We kindly request that you carefully follow the payment instructions to avoid these additional charges.
Corporate Clients
- For corporate clients, payment must be made within the specified payment term.
- If payment is not received by the due date, an interest charge of 1.5% per month will be applied from the due date until the full amount is paid.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund up to 2 weeks before the check-in date.
- After this, 25% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation during the stay, a 2-week notice period is required for a refund.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Rates
Room Types and Rates
The following prices apply for the listed types of accommodation per night and are exclusive of 10% VAT. Prices may vary depending on the season (high or low season).
One Bedroom (5x10m)
- Low season/Corporate rate: USD 75 per night
- High season: USD 85 per night
- Suitable for up to 2 persons. One Bedroom Apartment with 1 Queen size bed, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.
3-Bedroom Bungalow
- Low season/Corporate rate: USD 100 per night
- High season: USD 115 per night
- Suitable for up to 6 persons. Bungalow with kitchen, living room, terrace, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, and queen-size beds, 2 Bathrooms.
